【摘要】:ThispartofISO11680specifiessafetyrequirements,andtheverificationofthoserequirements,forthedesign,fabricationanduseofportable,hand-held,pole-mountedpoweredprunerswithaback-packpowerunit,usingadriveshafttotransmitpowertocuttingattachments.Thecuttingattachmentscoveredaresawchains,andreciprocatingandcircularsawblades.ThispartofISO11680describesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsarisingfromtheiruse.Inadditionitspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.Itdoesnotcovertheriskofelectricshockfromoverheadelectricpowerlinesduringuseofthepruners,withtheexceptionofwarningsandadviceintendedforinclusionininstructionhandbooks.Atestmethodandsafetyrequirementsaddressingthisriskareyettobedeveloped.ThelistofsignificanthazardswhichrequireactiontoreducetheriskisgiveninannexA.Environmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsidered.ThispartofISO11680appliesprimarilytoprunersmanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.
