【摘要】:Reproducibleanddurableadhesivebondstoaluminumalloyscanbeobtainedreliablyonlythroughproperselectionandcarefulcontrolofthematerialsusedandthestepsinthebondingprocess.Thepreparationofthealuminumalloystoobtainclean,uniformsurfaceswithappropriatecharacteristicsisacriticalstep.Thispracticedescribeshowsuchsurfacescanbeobtained.1.1Thispracticecoversthepreparationofclean,uniformsurfacesofaluminumalloysuitableforformationofdurableadhesivebondsin"foamandbeam"panelsusedforthemanufactureoftacticalshelters.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
