【摘要】:ThistestmethodcalculatestheoverallA-weightedsoundpowerlevelemittedbycentralvacuumpowerunits,intendedforoperationindomesticapplications.Thisstandardappliestothepowerunitonlyatthepowerunitlocation.Totestthesoundpowerlevelofacentralvacuumattheuserslocation,refertoTestMethodF1334.A-weightedsoundpressuremeasurementsareperformedonamountedcentralvacuumpowerunitinasemi-reverberantroom.Thistestmethoddeterminessoundpowerbyacomparisonmethodforsmallnoisesources,thatis,comparisontoabroadbandreferencesoundsource.ThistestmethoddescribesaprocedurefordeterminingtheA-weightedsoundpowerlevelofsmallnoisesources.Thistestmethodusesanon-specialsemi-reverberantroom.ResultsareexpressedasA-weightedsoundpowerlevelindecibels(referencedto1pW).Thevaluesstatedininchpoundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
