【摘要】:ThispartofISO9988specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpolyoxymethylenemouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregiven.Proceduresandconditionsaredescribedforthepreparationoftestspecimens,andproceduresaregivenformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremade.Propertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizepolyoxymethylenemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1:1998.Othertestmethodsinwideusefor,orofparticularsignificanceto,thesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO9988asdesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinISO9988-1:meltflowrateandtensilemodulus.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspecimenpreparationandconditioning.Thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresarespecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
