【摘要】:Indynamicmeasuringsystemstheperformanceofmetersforliquidhydrocarbonswillvarywithchangesinflowconditions,viz.flowrate,viscosity,temperature,pressure,densityofproduct,andwithmechanicalwear.Hasbeenpreparedasaguideforestablishingandmonitoringtheperformanceofsuchmeters,usingappropriatestatisticalcontrolproceduresforbothcentralandon-lineproving.Theseproceduresmaybeappliedtomeasurementsmadebyanytypeofvolumetricormassmeteringsystems.Theprocedurestobefollowedforcollectingdata,onwhichthecontrollimitsarebased,aredescribed.
