【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60512,whenrequiredbythedetailspecification,isusedfortestingconnectorswithinthescopeoftechnicalcommittee48.Itmayalsobeusedforsimilardeviceswhenspecifiedinadetailspecification.Theobjectofthisstandardistodetailastandardmethodtodeterminetheflammabilityofaconnectorwhenexposedtoaneedle-flameunderspecifiedconditions.Theneedle-flametestisintendedtosimulatetheeffectofsmallflameswhichmayresultfromfaultconditionswithintheequipment,i.e.theintensityoftheignitionsourceusedisofasimilarordertothatofanaccidentallyoverheatedorburningsingleelectroniccomponent.
